FinalClerk grew from AutoClipz, a system built to monitor live streams in real time using audio, live-chat activity, and on-screen metadata. Both systems watch live data, recognize meaningful moments, and respond—AutoClipz by capturing the moment, FinalClerk by moving the event workflow forward.
AutoClipz connects with recording software such as OBS and other capture tools. During a live stream, it monitors audio, chat activity, and on-screen data together to identify key moments and automatically record them as clips. The decision is made in real time based on what is happening in the stream, without someone manually recording every clip.
FinalClerk applies the same live monitoring and decision-making approach to auction workflows. It takes bids, manages house/floor bids, performs last calls, handles lot transition, and so much more.
